We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. You’ll lead client relationships, manage digital and creative projects, and support the growth and success of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
- Manage digital, creative, and web projects from briefing to delivery.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Create project briefs and work closely with Creative, Development, and SEO teams.
- Spot opportunities to grow client accounts and support business development.
- Oversee quotes, invoices, and project tracking in Synergist.
- Lead, support, and mentor the Account Executive to ensure successful performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital or creative agency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing digital, web, and creative project workflows.
- Commercial awareness, with experience identifying new business opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Synergist is a bonus.
