We’re looking for an experienced, organised and hands-on Kitchen Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our kitchen at The Flying Monk.
We’re an independent café focused on great food, great coffee and friendly service, and we’re looking for someone who can keep the kitchen running smoothly, maintain high standards and lead the team with confidence.
This is a practical, hands-on role. You’ll be working alongside the kitchen team during service, while also taking ownership of stock, ordering, food safety, prep, staffing and kitchen organisation.
