p b Flexi Key Holder - First Avenue, Brighton and Hove /b /p p The Role /p p The Flour Pot Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisan bakery with stores in Brighton, Hove and Worthing. /p p We are seeking an experienced barista to assist as a key holder across our 12 sites (Brighton, Hove and Worthing). /p p The right candidate will have similar experience in a high quality cafe environment, have a good understanding and passion for the high end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive and a level head. /p p The role will include travelling between our 12 Flour Pot sites, training ground for Brighton and Hove Albion and the AMEX stadium. You will have the responsibility of opening and closing duties when on shift. You will need to be able to travel independently between the stores (driver preferable). When travelling to our stores in Worthing we shall cover petrol costs or train/bus fair. /p p The role will involve needing to get to each store for an open shift which starts at between 6-6:30am (store dependent).
