As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of the café’s daily operations, leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, high-quality products, and strong team performance. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the site, from team leadership and customer experience to operational efficiency and financial performance.

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring smooth, efficient service
