In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, and ensuring our store is a welcoming and vibrant space for customers. If you have a love for artisan coffee, freshly baked goods, and a warm and engaging personality, we’d love to hear from you! /p p /p p b Key Responsibilities: /b /p ul li p Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customers feel welcome and valued. /p /li li p Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including expertly crafted coffee-based drinks. /p /li li p Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment with precision. /p /li li p Assist customers with menu choices and offer recommendations on our baked goods. /p /li li p Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all front-of-house areas, including counters, tables, and equipment. /p /li li p Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. /p /li li p Assist with stock management, including restocking display cases and ensuring freshness of products. /p /li li p Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service. /p /li li p Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. /p /li /ul p /p p b Requirements: /b /p ul li p Previous experience in a barista or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential—training will be provided. /p /li li p Passion for coffee, baked goods, and excellent customer service. /p /li li p Strong communication and interpersonal skills. /p /li li p Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. /p /li li p Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to teamwork. /p /li li p Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. /p /li li p Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and food safety standards is a plus. /p /li /ul
