As Sous Chef you’ll:

  • Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
  • Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
  • Accountable for running the line during service
  • Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team—helping to develop their skills
  • Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
