Would you like to be part of our friendly team? Can you be the first to offer a smile to our visitors? Are you super organised? If so, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team at the Florence Nightingale Academy.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills with children, parents, staff and outside agencies
- Be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in completing tasks
- Complete general admin duties, including typing, filing and taking phone calls
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be flexible, adaptable and able to multitask
- Be proficient with ICT, including Word and Excel
- Have experience of working in a school office or similar environment
- Liaise with the Office Manager
- Carry out duties requested by the Head and Deputy Headteachers
