We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager at 3 Hardman Street, Manchester City Centre.
Pay rate: Β£15.20, 40 hours paid per week.
Shift times: 6am-2:30pm with flexibility and includes a 30 min unpaid break.
Working days: Monday to Friday, no weekends.
Job is available now. Christmas Bonus based on performance. Free parking onsite.

What you'll be doing:
- To be responsible for the day-to-day personnel management of all cleaning operatives.
- To liaise with the Area Manager on any communications with the client.
- To control & monitor the stocks of cleaning equipment and materials to ensure that orders can be placed on a timely basis.
- Involvement and understanding of P&L.
- Payroll responsibility and completion of Time Sheets.
- To ensure all resources are used flexibly and effectively in order to provide the client with the best possible return on their expenditure.
- To be proactive to situations and responsive to site issues.
- To carry out one-to-one meetings with the Area Manager.
- To provide accurate attendance records for the Area Manager for payroll use.
- To ensure that the signing in/out books are completed, COSHH statements in situ & PAT tests are current.
- To check the communications books daily and action any points/requests by the client.
- To ensure that all health & safety procedures are followed.
- To assist the Area Manager with onsite training.
- To continually monitor and highlight the appropriate training needs for all cleaning operatives to the Area Manager.
- To ensure that all operatives wear the correct uniforms and abide by documented company procedures.
- To ensure that identified key areas receive priority.
- To replenish all consumable items throughout the day when necessary.
- To undertake any cleaning duties required throughout a working day.
- To establish good working relationships with Clients and cleaning operatives.
