We are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator at Floorbrite Head Office, Cranford House, Cranford Avenue, Sale, M33 2AU.
Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 months)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Hours: 25 hours per week (preferable) but can also look at 30 hours per week
Shift Times: Flexible
Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Being part of a team that processes the payroll for approximately 1500 employees monthly
- Processing new starter and leavers and ensuring all documentation is correct and compliant with legislation
- Processing employee SSP, SPP, SMP, SAP and National Insurance as well as processing and deducting pension contributions
- Processing and deducting student loans and any necessary expenses
- Processing P45s and P60s / Processing Attachment of Earnings
- Liaising and supporting Area Managers on any wage amendments
- Housekeeping of Templa/payroll system
- Keeping up to date with payroll and HMRC regulations
- Preparing and collating regular reports for various areas of the business
- Communicating with the Payroll manager/ Financial Director and performing ad-hoc payroll duties as requested
What skills & experience you'll bring to the team:
- Excellent computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work to a consistently high standard of accuracy
- Great attention to detail
- Organised and proactive
- Experience of payroll software, understanding of auto-enrolment desirable
- Ability to effectively resolve high volumes of payroll queries and experience running a full payroll process from start to finish
