We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager at 3 Hardman Street, Manchester City Centre.
Rate of pay: £15.20, ~40hrs paid per week.
Shift times: 6am-2:30pm with flexibility and includes a 30 min unpaid break.
Working days: Mon to Fri, no weekends.
Christmas Bonus based on performance.
Free Parking onsite.
The Floorbrite Group is one of the leading commercial cleaning and facilities service providers in the UK, providing daily, industrial and window cleaning services to all sectors of industry. Our services are already being used by hundreds of companies throughout the Northwest and Yorkshire.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day personnel management of all cleaning operatives.
- Payroll responsibility and completion of Time Sheets.
- Ensuring that the signing in/out books are completed, COSHH statements in situ & PAT tests are current.
- Assisting the Area Manager with onsite training.
- Monitoring and highlighting the appropriate training needs for all cleaning operatives to the Area Manager.
