Location: Hybrid (1–2 days per week in our Soho, London office plus additional days when needed for events)

About the Role

The Flock Agency is looking for a Junior Talent Manager / Talent Manager to represent and grow a roster of talent. You’ll lead the day-to-day management of your talent, helping to secure partnerships and guide talent to strategically reach their career goals. The level of responsibility and roster ownership will depend on experience, with clear progression opportunities available within the agency over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management & Relationships
    • Manage and support a roster of talent day-to-day, building strong and trusted relationships with talent and supporting their long-term growth at The Flock Agency
    • Supporting them with career guidance, content feedback and strategic opportunities
    • Attend creator events, shoots and meetings where required
  • Brand Partnerships & Campaign Management
    • Lead and support on brand partnership campaigns from contracting through to completion (including negotiations)
    • Ensure all campaign admin and communications are managed efficiently
    • Secure gifting, event invitations and ad-hoc opportunities for talent
  • Outreach & Business Development
    • Identify relevant partnership opportunities aligned with each creator’s positioning and proactively pitch creators to brands and agencies
    • Build and maintain strong relationships across the influencer marketing industry
    • Monitor social and brand activity to identify new commercial opportunities
    • Support wider agency growth to expand your roster by identifying emerging creators
  • Reporting & Admin
    • Lead the creation of your talent’s monthly reports and weekly updates
    • Maintain accurate internal records, folders, trackers and talent documents
  • Team & Agency Support
    • Support with agency events and activations throughout the year
    • Collaborate closely with the wider team on talent strategy and business growth
    • Contribute ideas, insights and trends from the creator industry

About You

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR or social media who is looking to grow within a fast-moving and highly collaborative agency environment. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset, with a strong track record of securing new business
  • Passionate about creator culture and the influencer industry
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience managing talent in the broadcast or podcast space
  • Experience working with talent on launching IP
  • Strong industry contacts (for agencies, brands and creators)
  • Experience in signing and growing your own roster
