The Flexi Group is expanding and we are looking for committed, professional Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to support our growing operations. If you are seeking long-term work with excellent stability, flexible shift choices, and a team that values and supports its drivers, this is the role for you.
The Role
You will be working with one of the UK’s most recognised logistics operations, providing reliable general haulage transport services across the national network. Your duties will typically include:
- Transporting palletised goods between distribution centres, customers, and regional hubs
- Working with modern curtainside trailers, ensuring safe and compliant loading, securing, and delivery
- Completing delivery paperwork and PODs accurately and efficiently
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Representing both The Flexi Group and our client professionally at all times on the road and onsite
Work Patterns to Suit You
We understand that every driver has different needs, which is why we offer a wide range of shift options, including:
- Day and Night shifts
- Weekday or Weekend availability
- Tramping / Nights Out for drivers who want longer runs and additional earnings
Whether you want full-time ongoing work or more flexible scheduling, we can support you.
What We Need From You
- Minimum 6 months of Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
- Valid Digi Tacho and Driver CPC
- No more than 6 penalty points, and no previous driving bans
- A professional approach and strong commitment to safety and compliance
Pay & Benefits (PAYE Holiday Pay Included)
- Monday-Friday Days: £20.00/hour
- Monday-Friday Nights: £21.00/hour
- Saturday (all hours): £23.00/hour
- Sunday (all hours): £25.00/hour
- Night Out Allowance: £25.00 per night
You will receive weekly pay, with consistent hours and no need to chase shifts.
