As a Venture Builder – Entrepreneur, you’ll work alongside our founders, engineers, and operators to conceive, validate, and launch new startups from zero to spinout. You’ll act as a founder from day one — designing the vision, building the product, and leading the team — with the backing of Base360.ai’s capital, infrastructure, and expertise. If you’ve got the founder’s mindset — bold, fast, and obsessed with solving real problems — this is your platform to build again, bigger.
What You’ll Do
- Create & Validate – Identify underserved markets and validate high-potential ideas in automation, SaaS, proptech, or AI.
- Prototype Quickly – Design and launch MVPs that test market traction in real conditions.
- Talk to Users – Run customer discovery, interviews, and experiments to uncover insights and shape real solutions.
- Build the Business – Define product strategy, go-to-market, and early growth playbooks.
- Lead the Venture – Recruit talent, manage execution, and iterate fast toward traction and scalability.
- Own the Outcome – Lead your venture to spinout stage and step in as Founding CEO or Co-Founder.
- Collaborate & Scale – Partner with Base360.ai’s product, design, AI, and growth teams to accelerate impact.
What You Bring
