We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter to manage reviews across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and our market exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Travel Booking & Management: Book accommodations on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and others. Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules. Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
- Team Expansion & Recruitment: Identify potential individuals who can assist with travel bookings. Promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model. Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using OTAs. Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.
Compensation: Commission per successful booking. Additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.
