About the role
We're looking for an AI Video Creator to own how Base360 shows up in the world on video. You'll turn our product into launch videos, ads, and social content that stop the scroll and make people feel something. This is a creative, hands-on role for someone who lives at the intersection of storytelling, motion, and the latest AI tools — and who wants their work seen by a fast-growing audience. You won't be handed shot lists and told to execute. You'll be trusted to come up with the idea, make it, and ship it — fast.
What you'll do
- Create emotional, scroll-stopping video content — product launches, ads, social clips, and brand films — that make people want to join Base360.
- Use AI tools end to end — video, voice, image, and music generation (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and whatever comes next) — to produce more, faster, and better.
- Animate and edit — bring the product to life with motion design, product demos, kinetic typography, and slick transitions.
- Own ideas from concept to final export — you pitch the concept, you build it, you ship it.
- Produce content for every format — vertical short-form for TikTok/Reels, ads for paid social, and hero videos for the website.
- Keep a consistent brand feel across everything, so all our video looks and feels like one premium brand.
- Move fast and iterate — test ideas, read what performs, and double down on what works.
Who you are
- You have a portfolio that proves it — video and motion work that's genuinely good, not just competent.
- You're fluent in AI creative tools and obsessed with staying on the edge of what they can do.
- You have real taste — you know what makes something feel premium vs. cheap, and why a cut lands or doesn't.
- You're fast and self-directed — you take a rough idea and come back with something great without hand-holding.
- You know how to hook attention in the first 3 seconds and hold it to the end.
- Bonus: experience with short-form social, paid ad creative, or building a brand's video presence from scratch.
Why Join Base360.ai?
- Be part of an innovative and fast-growing company building the AI operating system for B2C brands.
- Opportunity to build a team and establish a long-term presence in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.
- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
- A chance to grow professionally in a hands-on, entrepreneurial role.
You should NOT apply if:
- You are looking for a corporate 9 to 5 job.
- You are political and enjoy gossiping and talking about people behind their backs.
- You are looking for a stable and slow dead-end job.
- You do not aim to be one of the best in the world at what you do.
