What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation & Campaigns: Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists using smart automation. Launch and optimize high-performing outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.
  • Funnels & Landing Pages: Design, test, and iterate conversion-optimized funnels and landing pages. Experiment with messaging, CTAs, and visuals to drive maximum engagement.
  • Acquisition & Awareness: Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Build visibility and credibility within STR and SaaS communities. Drive organic growth through SEO, webinars, and content-led strategies.
  • Conversion & Retention: Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to boost activation and retention. Collaborate with product and ops teams to refine onboarding and reduce churn.
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Track and report on key metrics — CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI. Launch weekly experiments: double down on what works, kill what doesn’t. Translate data insights into actionable growth decisions.

What You Bring

  • 1–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or SaaS marketing.
  • Proven track record of running paid campaigns, outreach, and automation workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data but fearless with creative risks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
