What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Campaigns: Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists using smart automation; Launch and optimize high-performing outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.
- Funnels & Landing Pages: Design, test, and iterate conversion-optimized funnels and landing pages; Experiment with messaging, CTAs, and visuals to drive maximum engagement.
- Acquisition & Awareness: Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn; Build visibility and credibility within STR and SaaS communities; Drive organic growth through SEO, webinars, and content-led strategies.
- Conversion & Retention: Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to boost activation and retention; Collaborate with product and ops teams to refine onboarding and reduce churn.
- Analytics & Experimentation: Track and report on key metrics — CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI; Launch weekly experiments: double down on what works, kill what doesn’t; Translate data insights into actionable growth decisions.
What You Bring
- 1–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns, outreach, and automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data but fearless with creative risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
