We’re building an AI-driven platform for the global short-term rental industry and are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive global adoption, lead experiments across channels, and position Base360.ai as the go-to platform for property operators and hospitality innovators worldwide.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Campaigns — Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists using smart automation. Launch and optimize high-performing outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.
- Funnels & Landing Pages — Design, test, and iterate conversion-optimized funnels and landing pages. Experiment with messaging, CTAs, and visuals to drive maximum engagement.
- Acquisition & Awareness — Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Build visibility and credibility within STR and SaaS communities. Drive organic growth through SEO, webinars, and content-led strategies.
- Conversion & Retention — Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to boost activation and retention. Collaborate with product and ops teams to refine onboarding and reduce churn.
- Analytics & Experimentation — Track and report on key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI). Launch weekly experiments and translate data insights into actionable growth decisions.
What You Bring
- 1–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns, outreach, and automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data but fearless with creative risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
