Own the growth engine of the world’s fastest-growing flexible-living brand. The Flex is redefining how people live, stay, and travel — offering beautifully designed, fully serviced apartments that can be booked instantly, for days, weeks, or months. Our mission is simple: make renting as flexible as booking a hotel. We’re expanding across major cities and we’re now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will own our consumer acquisition machine across paid social, Google Ads, landing pages, retargeting, content, and conversion funnels. If you’re obsessed with performance, creativity, and rapid experimentation — and you want to help build the next global living brand — we want you.
What You’ll Do
- Paid Social & Search (Core Focus) - Own and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Build high-performing acquisition funnels for bookings and leads. Test creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers to drive lower CAC. Scale what works, rapidly kill what doesn’t.
- Funnel Building & CRO - Build and optimize landing pages for booking conversion. Run A/B tests on CTAs, layouts, copy, and visual storytelling. Improve ad → landing → booking flow through data and insights.
- Content & Brand Growth - Develop engaging social content that drives trust and desirability. Collaborate with creators to produce scroll-stopping UGC ads. Grow our organic presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Analytics & Experimentation - Track performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention. Launch weekly experiments across channels, creatives, funnels, and offers. Use data to shape decisions, budgets, and growth direction.
- Consumer Insights - Understand what different traveler segments care about. Feed insights to the product and operations teams to enhance experience. Shape our brand voice, positioning, and messaging across touchpoints.
What You Bring
- 1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or D2C acquisition.
- Proven experience running Meta + Google Ads with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of D2C funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mindset with creative instinct — you can read data and craft compelling stories.
- Experience with tools like GA4, Webflow, Hotjar, HubSpot, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar.
- Excellent copywriting and content sense.
- Bonus: background in hospitality, travel, lifestyle brands, real estate, or consumer apps.
