We’re looking for a Growth Hacker who’s ready to drive adoption, experiment with channels, and position our product as the go-to platform for operators worldwide.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Campaigns
Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists. Run high-converting outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels. - Funnels & Landing Pages
Design and test data-driven funnels and landing pages. Experiment with messaging, CTAs, and user flows to optimize conversion. - Acquisition Growth
Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Grow community visibility and thought leadership on LinkedIn and STR communities. Experiment with SEO, webinars, and content-led acquisition. - Conversion & Onboarding
Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to drive activation and retention. Collaborate with product and ops to refine onboarding experiences. - Analytics & Iteration
Track core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates). Launch experiments weekly — scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
What You Bring
- 1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing.
- Proven experience running paid campaigns, cold outreach, and automation workflows.
- A growth portfolio or track record of driving measurable results.
- Mastery of tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist (or equivalents).
- Data-driven mindset — but comfortable making fast, creative decisions.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
