What You’ll Build
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll help architect and scale the systems that power The Flex — from seamless guest bookings to automated check-ins, cleaning logistics, and predictive pricing. You’ll work across the stack and across borders, turning complex real estate problems into clean, elegant code. You won’t just write features — you’ll engineer efficiency, eliminate friction, and help us build the future of intelligent rental operations.
Your Mission
- Build the Core – Develop scalable, high-performance applications that drive bookings, payments, and automation workflows.
- Automate Everything – Design AI-driven scripts and microservices that eliminate repetitive operational tasks.
- Integrate Intelligently – Build and optimize APIs that connect Base360.ai to platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and beyond.
- Ship Fast, Scale Smart – Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, serverless) and deploy updates that never slow us down.
- Solve Problems That Matter – Tackle complex challenges — from synchronization across global booking channels to live operational alerts.
- Collaborate Deeply – Work closely with product and ops teams to bridge the gap between software and real-world execution.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- Strong skills in Node.js, React, and AWS (serverless stack preferred).
- Experience designing and scaling API-first architectures.
- Comfort with FastAPI / Python and scripting for automation (a plus).
- A love for building clean, efficient, production-grade systems — fast.
- Curiosity about automation, real estate tech, and AI operations.
