What You’ll Build

• Engineer the backbone of The Flex platform—services, APIs, and automation engines that enable bookings, payments, and operations worldwide.
• Design scalable, resilient, and intelligent systems from backend, data pipelines, cloud infra, to integration layers.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and data to automate messy logistics into clean workflows.
• Architect and deliver microservices and serverless workflows that eliminate manual processes across cities.
• Scale the platform to handle high volumes of real‑time transactions with reliability.
• Integrate Base360.ai with partners like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway.
• Apply AI and predictive logic to core systems.
• Lead by mentoring teammates, setting engineering standards, and driving excellence.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend or full stack).
• Strong skills in Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and AWS serverless architectures.
• Experience designing API‑first systems and event‑driven pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, databases, and high‑scale automation.
• Curiosity for AI, property tech, and real‑world operational systems.
• A bias for action—fast, clear, reliable delivery.
