Als werkplaats manager ben jij de rechterhand van de bedrijfsleider en een onmisbare schakel in onze organisatie. Jij stuurt de dagelijkse operaties in de werkplaats en receptie aan, motiveert het team, en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je hebt een scherp oog voor efficiëntie, planning en klanttevredenheid. Daarnaast werk je samen met het team om onze processen continu te verbeteren.
Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven aan en coördineren van het werkplaatsteam.
- Ondersteunen van de bedrijfsleider in operationele en administratieve taken.
- Optimaliseren van werkprocessen en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
- Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantbeleving en oplossing van klantvragen.
- Bijdragen aan planning, voorraadbeheer en garantieafwikkeling.
- Meedenken over innovaties en verbeteringen binnen TSB.
Wat breng je mee?
- Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Technische kennis van voertuigen en werkplaatsprocessen (pré).
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie.
- Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
