Set in the welcoming coastal town of Dartmouth, our 79-bed home provides residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and palliative care in a warm and compassionate environment. As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll play a central role in making that happen.

Responsibilities and expectations:
  • You’ll lead from the front, creating a culture where clinical excellence and kindness go hand in hand.
  • Your responsibilities will include supporting and developing the nursing team, overseeing care planning and clinical governance, ensuring the safe delivery of complex care, and helping maintain a home that is always inspection-ready.
  • You’ll deputise in the Home Manager’s absence, providing stability, confidence, and leadership.
  • Your influence will help shape standards, strengthen practice, and support the continued success of the home.
  • This position will require the candidate to work alternate weekends and be part of the on-call rota.
