Role Overview

We\’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced and friendly Bar/ Front of House staff to join our team. As a member of our team, you\’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and ensuring our guests have a great experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
• Engaging with customers and providing outstanding service
• Always ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
• Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
• Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory

• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• Previous bar experience (Preferably experience with making cocktails)
• Previous hospitality experience
