The Flavour Network is recruiting for a Training Administrator to join a busy food manufacturing business on a 12-week fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to support the business with training records, training matrices, SOPs and confidential employee information.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records and training matrices
  • Managing and updating SOPs and associated documentation
  • Maintaining confidential employee and training information
  • Monitoring training completion and highlighting any outstanding requirements
  • Updating systems and spreadsheets
  • Providing general administrative support to the training function

Requirements:

  • Food manufacturing experience is desirable
  • Experience maintaining training matrices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) would be advantageous
  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Available to commit to the full 12-week contract
