The Flavour Network is recruiting for a Training Administrator to join a busy food manufacturing business on a 12-week fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to support the business with training records, training matrices, SOPs and confidential employee information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records and training matrices
- Managing and updating SOPs and associated documentation
- Maintaining confidential employee and training information
- Monitoring training completion and highlighting any outstanding requirements
- Updating systems and spreadsheets
- Providing general administrative support to the training function
Requirements:
- Food manufacturing experience is desirable
- Experience maintaining training matrices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) would be advantageous
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Available to commit to the full 12-week contract
