Overview
The Flavour Network are excited to be in close partnership with a fast-growing food manufacturing business to recruit a Senior Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer. This newly created role offers the opportunity to play a key part in developing and scaling the engineering function within a fast-paced environment.
As the Senior Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for both reactive maintenance and the development of preventive maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime. With a high level of autonomy, you'll also have input into tools, equipment, and how machinery evolves as the business grows.
Working at the heart of production, you'll collaborate closely with Operations, QA, and Technical teams, supporting day-to-day issues while contributing to longer-term projects such as automation and new equipment commissioning. This is a hands-on, varied role with a mix of mechanical and electrical work, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and improving machinery performance.
