You\βll be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes, creating menus that excite our customers, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team, ensuring service runs seamlessly, and dishes meet high standards.
- Plan, develop, and cost menus, including seasonal dishes and special events.
- Manage stock, control food costs, and reduce waste.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team to ensure a motivated and skilled kitchen brigade.
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards, including allergen awareness.
- Support events, promotions, and seasonal menu changes to drive business success.
Essential Requirements for the Head Chef
- Proven experience in a senior kitchen role such as Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Commercially aware of experience managing costs, stock, and waste.
- Organised, creative, and able to perform under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP regulations.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable requirements for the Head Chef
- Food Safety Level 2 or 3, or willing to achieve.
- Formal culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with private events and supplier management
