The Flavour Network is looking for a Commercial Assistant to join a well-established, forward-thinking food manufacturing business. As a Commercial Assistant, you will support the Commercial UK & Europe team in managing daily financial and administrative activities across a diverse range of suppliers and customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic commercial team and play a key role in supporting financial and supplier-related processes.
Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Assistant
- Processing day-to-day financial transactions
- Responding to financial and administrative queries efficiently
- Verifying supplier charges and invoices for accuracy
- Maintaining and updating financial records
- Conducting audits of payments and rebates
- Supporting biannual reviews and reconciliations of service charges
- Providing analytical support to assist with supplier negotiations
- Maintaining and updating departmental databases
- Supporting capital investment administration
- Providing ad hoc support to the Commercial Consultant
Requirements for the Commercial Assistant
