We're looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Operative to join our Warehouse team. This isn't your typical warehouse role. Alongside operating FLTs, you'll be handling large batches of ingredients and products, supporting production, and helping keep our busy operation running smoothly. If you're qualified in Counterbalance and Reach (with Double Deep Reach experience desirable), enjoy being on the move, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
- Operating Counterbalance, Reach and ideally Double Deep Reach FLTs safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading and moving stock across warehouse and production areas
- Picking and batching raw materials for production
- Handling large‑volume ingredients and products weighing up to 25kg
- Managing goods in and goods out processes
- Supporting stock rotation, stock counts and inventory accuracy
- Keeping warehouse areas clean, organised and audit‑ready
- Working closely with Production, Supply Chain and Technical teams
This is a physically active role involving regular manual handling, stock movement and picking of large batches of ingredients. You'll spend plenty of time on your feet and be comfortable working at pace in a busy warehouse environment where space can often be a premium.
