The Role

Were looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our B2B team and take ownership of a portfolio of key manufacturing customers.

This is a commercially strategic and hands‑on role

ideal for someone who blends strong sales and account management skills with a genuine passion for food, innovation, and partnership building.

Youll play a pivotal role in developing long‑term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving profitable growth across the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, retain, and grow existing B2B manufacturing accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the UK food manufacturing sector.
  • Work closely with NPD, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver innovative, commercially viable solutions.
  • Lead customer presentations, reviews, and joint development projects.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Champion The Flava People brand and values ensuring every partnership delivers creativity, quality, and value.

About You

Youre commercially sharp, naturally collaborative, and genuinely passionate about food. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of turning insight into opportunity.

Youll bring :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within food manufacturing.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to take ownership.
  • Energy, drive, and resilience youre motivated by results and inspired by great food.
  • A genuine interest in trends, flavour, and what makes consumers tick.
