At The Flava People, we believe Flava Makes the Meal. That means everything we create has to hit the highest standards and that's where you come in. We're growing fast, this means we are expanding the team and we're looking for an additional QA Technician to join our Technical team and help us make sure every product that leaves our site is safe, compliant, and packed full of quality.
What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operation. You'll be responsible for making sure our products meet the standards our customers expect every time. Day to day, you'll:
- Carry out quality checks across raw materials and finished products
- Monitor CCPs including temperature, pH and metal detection
- Support allergen management and verification
- Complete GMP, hygiene and internal audits
- Carry out product testing (e.g. viscosity, refractometer readings, weights)
- Ensure traceability and production paperwork is accurate and complete
- Investigate non-conformances and support continuous improvement
- Verify labelling and product compliance
- Support factory standards across hygiene, glass & plastic control
