Machine Operators & Sauce Cooks in the Wythenshawe, South Manchester area who are looking to work for a fun, fair and foodie business.

We’re looking for

Machine Operators & Sauce Cooks who are passionate about food to join us on our journey. You will ideally have experience operating machines such as:

  • Dry Bossar
  • Wet Bossar
  • Bottling Line
  • Sauce Cooks
  • Bulk Line

The ideal candidate will have operated similar machines to the above and have worked within the food manufacturing sector previously.

Experience completing paperwork and CCP's is preferable with a good understanding of food hygiene and good manufacturing practice is preferable.

The Flava People are a bit different to your every day, mundane, bang average, food manufacturing business.

Here we are all about working hard and playing hard.

We are looking to add to our production team.

We can do this through flexible, zero-hour contracts or full time contracts to work around you with up to 40 hours a week available until September/October.

It doesn’t end there.

If you have proven yourself during this time, we very often extend contracts or employ on a full-time basis.

  • We are looking for

Machine Operators & Sauce Cooks who are available 40hrs a week Mon – Sat (overtime is often available but not guaranteed):

  • 10pm - 6am (Paid at time & quarter)

Current rates of pay are £12.71 per hour dependant on skill and previous experience.

Overtime is after 40hrs and is paid at time & half.
