An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Flatman Partnership as a full-time Sales Negotiator at our Estate Agency offices in Langley, Berkshire. A client-facing role in residential property sales and lettings, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience to our property sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. Industry experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. We are looking for candidates who can evidence previous experience in a fast-paced, highly personable sales-focused environment. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional communication and administration skills, along with a passion for solving problems, meeting deadlines, and a genuine desire to assist people as they navigate one of life's biggest decisions: moving home.
General Duties:
- Establish and handle the needs of prospective buyers/sellers/tenants/landlords.
- Understand and explain the various buyer/seller, tenant/landlord processes as required.
- Maintain and update as appropriate own knowledge of currently available properties.
- Undertake property matching for prospective buyers and tenants as required.
- Undertake regular process reviews and updates of existing live references and give feedback/updates as appropriate to landlords and prospective tenants.
- Co-ordinate/book rental/sales valuations.
- Arrange appointments for prospective buyers/tenants to view properties.
- Be aware of opportunities to promote other services to help the growth of the business.
- Build positive relationships with clients that will help increase sales and brand value.
- Travel to various properties to carry out viewings, valuations, and inspections.
You will need:
- A passion for property and people.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, helpful disposition and a desire to genuinely provide outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience of working in estate agency or a customer service driven sales environment.
- Good IT literacy, familiar with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving abilities with a good and appropriate use of initiative.
- To maintain an enthusiastic, proactive, and high energy approach to work.

Hours: 8.45am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays 8.45am to 1pm.
Job Location: Langley, Berkshire (M4 Junction 5).
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: Basic Salary from £21,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Benefits:
- Sales Commission OTE First year £35k.
- Mortgage and Sols referral commission paid.
- 20 days paid holiday plus extra between Christmas and New Year.

- Company pension after 3 month qualifying period.
