We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Midweight to join the team creating visually engaging, commercially effective packaging across a range of products, ensuring designs align with any brand guidelines and client requirements. This is a flexible role that offers part-time work (3 days a week on site) or full-time hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on concept rollout across variants and formats, taking over projects from initial concepts and leading through roll out to pre‑production.
- Support with physical mock‑ups, presentations, and visual assets.
- Ensure designs at all stages meet the brief, are free from typos, and comply with packaging regulations (liaising with the production team).
- Maintain strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring a consistent brand identity.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design fundamentals.
Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of packaging design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good understanding of print processes and packaging production.
- Positive “Can‑do” manner.
- Portfolio full of packaging design for well‑known household brands across food, drinks, DIY, cleaning products, etc., featuring brands that are recognisable and sell off supermarket shelves.
