We’re seeking an experienced Meeting & Events Producer
4 days a week in the London studio and 1 from home.
Your job role and responsibilities:
· Oversee end-to-end event management of meetings, conferences and events from client concept to handling all aspects of on-site supervision. These could be brand launches, internal meetings or incentive trips.
· Scoping venues and suppliers to ensure the right environments are created for event proposals
· Deliver large-scale complex events taking place in hotels, venues and off-site locations
· Handling the event life cycle through every stage, including:
o Budget creation and management
o Timeline creation & management
o Manage resources, including personnel and suppliers
o To be the client and supplier’s main point of contact day to day
· There would be around 4 European based events you would need to travel to per year
· At least 3 years-experience in an event project management role delivering global large-scale meetings and events (200+ attendees)
· Demonstrates a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
· Experience with liaising with multiple suppliers (venues, construction, AV and content) to ensure seamless communication and planning
· Excellent personnel and time management skills
· Experience managing multiple projects at once, with the ability to prioritize and guide teams effectively.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to present ideas and hold the room.
· A proactive, solution-driven mindset, always pushing for the best outcomes for clients and your team.
· Experience working with budgets from $200,000+
· Experience using Google Drive Suite, Microsoft Office and time management and budget software (such as Procim, Hive)
· An understanding of organiser and utility requirements during an exhibition build
· High-level experience in client-facing situations and have the ability to interpret their needs
· Willingness and ability to travel
· Fluency in spoken and written English and have the right to work in the UK
· £35,000.00-40,000.00

· 26 days annual leave + Bank holidays + an additional day for every year you’ve worked (capped at 30).
· Flexible working hours with core hours 10am-4pm
