My client is an award-winning Shopify Plus agency that partners with ambitious direct-to-consumer brands across the food, drink, beauty and wellness sectors.

They design, build and grow exceptional e-commerce experiences, helping exciting brands scale through a combination of technical expertise, commercial thinking and innovative growth strategies.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the development of full‑funnel growth strategies across acquisition, conversion and retention.
  • Help identify growth opportunities using data and customer insights.
  • Analyse performance using Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity and other reporting platforms.
  • Assist in managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Produce creative briefs for paid media assets.
  • Support SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) initiatives.
  • Monitor and interpret key e‑commerce metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER and contribution margin.
  • Build and maintain clear, insightful client dashboards using Looker Studio.
  • Contribute to client meetings and planning sessions alongside senior team members.
  • Work collaboratively with Paid Media, Retention, Design, Development and Account Management teams to deliver outstanding client results.

Qualifications

  • Around 2+ years' experience within digital marketing, growth marketing or e‑commerce.
  • Experience working with Shopify (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with confidence interpreting marketing data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • A genuine interest in consumer brands and the e‑commerce landscape.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies, platforms and AI tools.
  • Agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
