Senior Digital Marketing Manager – oversee digital team, drive measurable growth across paid and organic channels for B2B clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of multi‑channel paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels, ensuring full‑funnel activity aligns with brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline building.
- Develop clear, commercially grounded campaign messaging from client briefs, ensuring creative relevance and alignment with sales objectives.
- Manage and optimise six‑figure budgets using structured testing frameworks and financial control to maximise return.
- Embed a test‑and‑learn culture by running structured experiments across audiences, creatives, and channels to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, test, and scale new channels and formats – including Reddit and emerging B2B platforms – to unlock growth opportunities.
- Own organic social strategy across client accounts, creating content frameworks and platform‑specific assets that reflect sector realities and support integrated campaigns.
- Ensure organic and paid social operate as an integrated system, using insights from each to strengthen overall performance.
- Influence client website development, recommending improvements across user journeys and landing pages to increase conversion performance.
- Lead SEO strategy in partnership with content teams, maintaining technical robustness and alignment with search demand and commercial intent.
- Lead, develop and grow a cross‑disciplinary team, setting clear standards for delivery and performance, and managing recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance.
- Monitor changes across digital and social platforms (algorithms, ad formats, user behaviour) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Translate campaign performance into clear business impact for senior client stakeholders and guide decision‑making.

Qualifications
- Senior level experience designing, building, and owning digital campaigns for B2B clients, mainly paid social media.
- Strong client‑facing skills, delivering proposals, and explaining data analytics, optimisation, and audience reach.
- Proven track record in B2B digital marketing, especially automotive, logistics, industrial, or technical sectors.
- Experience leading multi‑channel campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Ability to develop campaign messaging that aligns with commercial objectives and resonates with specialist audiences.
- Expertise in structured testing frameworks and data‑driven optimisation.
- Confidence managing significant budgets and accountable for measurable commercial outcomes.
- High data literacy, able to interpret cross‑channel performance and translate findings into clear actions.
- Proven leadership experience, managing and developing teams in performance‑driven environments.
- Comfortable working with senior client stakeholders, challenging constructively and guiding decisions.
