Comms & Influencer Executive
Location: Windsor (minimum 2 days per week)
Salary: Negotiable (ÂŁ35-42K depending on experience/level)

Our client is a fast-growing agency seeking a practical, modern, comms-first storyteller who lives at the intersection of creators, earned media and executive communications.

Are you a natural storyteller who still reads the newspaper and loves crafting a killer headline?
Do you thrive under pressure, know how to pitch to journalists on deadline day, and understand what makes a story irresistible? Do you know whose hot in the influencer world?
If yes — you might be the Comms & Influencer Executive we’re looking for.
Who You Are
- Strong (proven) written communications background — journalism, PR, editorial or similar (able to share examples of written work, blogs, press releases etc)
- A proactive storyteller with excellent media instincts.
- Someone who “gets” social media, but isn’t a creator — this is a comms role with an influencer edge.
- Confident speaking, pitching, interviewing, and building relationships.
- Organised, fast-moving, and always curious about cultural and media trends.
What You’ll Do
- Write with impact — press releases, blog posts, key messages, briefing notes.
- Own the media narrative — pick up the phone, pitch stories, build relationships, and speak confidently to journalists, creators and partners.
- Influencer strategy — know who’s hot, who fits the brands, and how to source, vet, negotiate, and manage talent.
- Be the face of comms at events — host press, interview influencers, manage media moments with confidence.
- Work across integrated marketing — partnering closely with our CMO and wider team.
