You will be a Senior Designer from a similar background to be considered for this role. Office interior design will need to be high on your list of background and experience.
The primary objectives of the role will be to develop creative and viable design solutions. To achieve this the role will have a diverse set of responsibilities. The key responsibilities include:
- Lead new business appointments with Account Managers
- Develop client briefs and user requirements
- Confident in pitching to clients and professional teams, and developing successful strategies to sell our design schemes or ideas
- Assist generating a focussed win strategy
- Conduct all client interaction in a professional manner with adequate preparations
- Create tailored concept designs in response to client needs
- Generate first class design presentations/submissions
- Co-ordinate with estimating to develop overall budgets in line with scheme
- Select, shape and record the selection of suitable products
- Generate construction drawing packages
