As the company continues its impressive expansion, they are searching for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to help lead and elevate their most exciting projects.
The Role:
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of planning and delivering high-profile set builds, installations, and activations across film, TV commercials, events, brand experiences, and exhibitions. You will work closely with design teams and clients, turning ambitious concepts into flawless reality — on time, on budget, and beyond expectation. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being close to the action, thrives under pressure, and brings both creativity and structure to every build.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience across film, TVCs, events, brand experiences, or exhibitions
- A background in large-scale scenic construction with an expert understanding of onsite and workshop build techniques
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate construction drawings with precision
- A meticulous eye for detail — in the office, onsite, and across every element of production
- Strong technical production knowledge, plus the ability to lead crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Robust health & safety knowledge, including preparing documentation and ensuring all regulations are met
- A calm, decisive, quick-thinking approach to problem solving
- Proven ability to manage and reconcile project budgets with care and accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills — you’ll be the glue that holds clients and crews together to deliver success
