You will work closely with design teams and clients, turning ambitious concepts into flawless reality — on time, on budget, and beyond expectation. What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience across film, TVCs, events, brand experiences, or exhibitions
- A background in large-scale scenic construction with an expert understanding of onsite and workshop build techniques
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate construction drawings with precision
- A meticulous eye for detail — in the office, onsite, and across every element of production
- Strong technical production knowledge, plus the ability to lead crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
