About Us: We’re a multidisciplinary creative studio producing ambitious experiences for some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands, cultural organisations, and private clients. For nearly 20 years, we’ve brought together creatives, makers, technical experts, designers, and producers to deliver projects that push boundaries — blending storytelling, design, engineering, and innovation to create unforgettable spaces and experiences. From immersive installations and large-scale activations to technically complex builds across the globe, our work lives at the intersection of creativity and precision.
The Opportunity: This is a role for someone who loves figuring out how to make ambitious things happen. As Senior Production Manager, you’ll lead technical delivery across some of our most exciting and complex projects — translating creative ideas into real-world experiences with confidence, calmness, and technical expertise. You’ll work closely with creative, design, and project teams from the earliest stages of concept development, helping shape ideas through technical insight and production know-how. You’ll be the person people turn to when the challenge feels impossible — and the one who finds the solution. From managing large-scale builds and installation programmes to overseeing suppliers, fabrication, logistics, and on-site execution, you’ll play a central role in how our work gets made. This is a senior leadership role with real influence, autonomy, and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading Complex Productions: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across production, fabrication, installation, and delivery. Translate creative concepts into technically achievable, beautifully executed realities. Work collaboratively with creative, design, and project teams from concept through completion. Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to technically demanding projects.
- Technical Delivery & Oversight: Manage production timelines, budgets, resources, and installation schedules. Hold oversight across scenic builds, AV, lighting, rigging, fabrication, and infrastructure. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget, and to exceptional standards. Conduct site visits, technical reviews, and on-site troubleshooting when needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted suppliers, contractors, fabricators, and specialists. Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier performance. Source the best production solutions, materials, and technical expertise for each project. Drive quality, value, and innovation across every stage of production.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Bring creative thinking and technical confidence to complex production challenges. Advise on feasibility during pitches and early-stage project development. Stay curious about emerging technologies, materials, and production techniques. Help evolve and improve internal production processes and standards. Support and mentor junior team members. Share technical knowledge and best practice across the studio. Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused working culture. Lead calmly and decisively under pressure.
Who You Are: You’re highly technical, deeply organised, and thrive in fast-paced creative environments. You know what exceptional production looks like because you’ve delivered it before — at scale, under pressure, and without compromising quality. You’re commercially aware, technically fluent, and equally comfortable on-site, in client meetings, or reviewing detailed production drawings. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing complex production budgets (£500k–£1m+).
- Strong technical knowledge across fabrication, AV, scenic, lighting, rigging, and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, or similar software.
- Excellent supplier and contractor management experience.
- Strong understanding of H&S, permits, licensing, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for innovation, materials, design, and technical problem-solving.
- Experience mentoring and leading junior team members.
What You’ll Get: We believe exceptional work happens when talented people are supported, challenged, and inspired. Alongside exciting projects and a brilliant team, we offer:
- 22 days annual leave + UK Bank Holidays.
- Additional studio closure over Christmas & New Year.
- Contributory pension scheme.
- Cycle to Work scheme & season ticket loan.
- Local gym membership.
- Cultural outings, events & team adventures.
- Ongoing professional development, training & industry events.
