Integrated Creative Agency - working across 360 campaigns for big clients, mainly Digital; social, Email, websites, experiential, OOH, banners, infographics etc.
Main Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma/ After Effects a bonus)
We’re working with an award-winning independent integrated agency in Surrey that’s looking to bring a talented Designer into their growing creative team. With a reputation for producing high-end creative work — from immersive digital experiences and interactive campaigns to AR, Websites, Email Banners, Social Media, holograms and 3D content — this is an exciting opportunity for a designer who wants genuine variety and the chance to push creative boundaries.
What They’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years’ commercial design experience across real client projects (ideally agency side)
- Excellent skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience designing for digital platforms social/web/email
- Excellent layout and typography, craftsmanship
Most importantly, they’re looking for someone with strong creative thinking and storytelling ability — someone who designs with the end user in mind and can turn ideas into compelling digital experiences.
The agency also places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with structured office hours (9-5.30) and leadership that actively protects personal time.
