About the Company

We are partnering with a growing consumer health company that develops market-leading OTC brands and prescription medicines. They are building a fast-paced, highly collaborative in-house creative studio, delivering impactful work across a diverse portfolio of well-known brands.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised Project Manager to join the in-house creative team, working closely with designers and packaging artworkers to deliver high-quality creative output across multiple consumer health brands and products. The business is implementing a new Brand portal system called Papirfly and this role will oversee the management, optimisation and ongoing development of this brand portal (Digital Asset management and asset creation platform). This role is critical in ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency and seamless access to marketing assets across a complex, multi-brand organisation. You don’t need to have used Papirfly specifically, you will be trained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner of the Papirfly platform, ensuring it is effectively maintained, optimised, and aligned to business needs
  • Oversee the structure, governance, and usability of the brand portal and DAM system
  • Manage platform updates, releases, and integrations with internal systems
  • Coordinate and manage internal stakeholder, external vendor and retailer access
  • Establish and enforce DAM best practices including taxonomy, tagging, version control, and archiving
  • Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Oversee asset lifecycle from creation through to distribution and retirement
  • Manage the onboarding and ongoing support of multiple brands within the platform
  • Ensure consistent implementation and updates of brand guidelines on the portals
  • Act as a central point of contact for brand, marketing, and design teams
  • Work with developers and designers to oversee development and maintenance of dynamic templates within Papirfly
  • Monitor platform usage, adoption, and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains

Collaboration and Communication

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project goals and timelines and production workflows
  • Build strong relationships with marketing, brand, and digital teams
  • Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to platform users

Where you shine

  • Proven experience managing DAM systems, brand portals, or marketing technology platforms
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working within multi-brand environments
  • Understanding of brand governance, digital asset workflows, and content lifecycle management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset

What’s on Offer

  • £40,000 – £45,000
  • Hybrid working (2 days onsite in Maidenhead)
  • Opportunity to work within a growing, high-performing in-house creative team
  • Exposure to a broad portfolio of well-known consumer health brands
