What You’ll Do- Take ownership of your own FMCG accounts (a real mix of clients across food, drink, and household/DIY) and build strong, honest relationships.
- Guide packaging projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Help drive commercial success through reliable, thoughtful account leadership.
- Work closely with a friendly, talented creative team (no line management required).
- Packaging design experience — this is absolutely essential.
- This role requires experience working within a packaging-focused design agency.
- Proven SAM level experience within a design agency.
- Solid understanding of FMCG brands and category requirements.
- A calm, organized approach and confidence managing day-to-day client needs.
- Be proficient in packaging design language and creative critique, having a strong attention to detail and importantly, being warm and personable.
- Ability to be on-site in Berkshire office four days a week (non-negotiable).
