Integrated Creative Agency - B2B Brands

Main Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma/ After Effects a bonus)

We’re working with an award-winning independent integrated agency in Surrey that’s looking to bring a talented Digital Designer into their growing creative team. Celebrating nearly 20 years in the industry, this creatively led agency delivers innovative digital and experiential campaigns for globally recognised B2B brands.

With a reputation for producing high-end creative work — from immersive digital experiences and interactive campaigns to AR, Websites, Email Banners, Social Media, holograms and 3D content — this is an exciting opportunity for a designer who wants genuine variety and the chance to push creative boundaries.

The agency has a close-knit team of around 20 very talented specialists across creative, digital and development, creating a highly collaborative environment where ideas are shared and creativity is encouraged. Recently recognised in Design Week’s Top 100 UK Independent Agencies, they pride themselves on nurturing talent, developing careers and exposing designers to a wide range of exciting briefs rather than siloed project work.

The Role

As Digital Designer, you’ll work closely with creatives, developers and project teams to produce engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms. Projects range from websites and emails to infographics, motion graphics, banner campaigns, storyboards and interactive content. This role would suit someone with strong conceptual thinking, excellent design judgment and a passion for storytelling through digital design.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing engaging digital assets across web, email and campaign platforms
  • Developing concepts and campaign ideas from client briefs
  • Translating complex information into visually engaging, digestible content
  • Producing infographics, animated banner ads and digital campaign assets
  • Creating video storyboards and motion graphics content
  • Collaborating closely with in-house developers to bring ideas to life
  • Presenting concepts and creative thinking internally and to clients

What They’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years’ commercial design experience across real client projects
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience designing for digital platforms including web and email
  • Understanding of UX principles, accessibility and digital best practice
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Confident communication and presentation abilities
  • Motion graphics or After Effects experience would be a bonus

Most importantly, they’re looking for someone with strong creative thinking and storytelling ability — someone who designs with the end user in mind and can turn ideas into compelling digital experiences.

The Culture

This is a collaborative, supportive and genuinely creative environment where learning and development are actively encouraged. Designers are given exposure to a huge variety of projects and disciplines, helping them continuously build their skills and progress their careers. The agency also places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with structured office hours (9-5.30) and leadership that actively protects personal time.
