The Fix Creative are working with a beauty tech leader, they are responsible for the most talked about beauty tech product around at the moment. We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who is passionate about beauty tech and is results-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven influencer marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility, engagement, and sales across multiple channels. We're looking for a candidate with proven experience working towards specific KPIs, including campaign performance metrics, influencer engagement rates and revenue growth. candidate Requirements: •Influencer Marketing Experience: Strong background in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling successful campaigns within the beauty, wellness, or tech industries. • Budget Management: Experience in overseeing campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maximising impact. • Proven Campaign Results: Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. • Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture and driving target achievement. • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics. • Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative and effective campaign strategies that resonate with audiences and drive results. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling pitches and building strong influencer relationships. • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. £38-42k
