Role: Midweight Designer
Location: Henley On Thames– Hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
I’m currently working with a creative agency looking for a talented Midweight Designer to join their growing team (16 staff and 6 within the design team). This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a mix of clients from healthcare and technology to professional services and create design work that truly makes an impact.
You’ll be involved from concept to delivery, producing high-quality digital and print work, shaping campaigns, branding, and social content, while collaborating closely with the wider creative team.
What they’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ design experience (agency side experience)
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking - confident generating ideas from scratch.
- Excellent attention to detail across typography, layout, and consistency.
- Ability to interpret and evolve brand guidelines with confidence.
- Skilled across both digital and print design - campaigns, information Design/Explainers, leaflets, brochures (printed), websites, social, storyboards, and print collateral.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
- Bonus skills: After Effects, Figma, video editing, motion design, Word/PowerPoint.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with internal teams and clients.
