Our client is a leading Brand/Packaging agency, established over 30 years ago, that leads strategy, design, and artwork projects for major FMCG brands across categories, from big new brand launches and refreshes to innovative extensions and flavour variants. The location is Windsor - Hybrid - at least 3 days on-site. Salary: £40-50k depending on experience.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Packaging Designer to lead the development of impactful, commercially successful packaging across many brands and products. This role combines hands-on design with strategic thinking. You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to pre-production and play a key role in ensuring designs meet all brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create innovative, shelf-standout packaging that aligns with brand strategy and commercial goals
  • Collaborate closely with wider project teams both internally and externally
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Liaise with printers, manufacturers, and external agencies to ensure quality execution

Skills & Experience

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of packaging design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Good understanding of print processes and packaging production
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A positive 'Can-do' manner
